"As soon as we found out we were expecting twins, we immediately looked into life insurance. The thought of protecting our children became our top priority. Navigating the complexities of life insurance was daunting, but it gave us an incredible sense of peace knowing that our children would be secure no matter what. This journey inspired me to help other families find that same peace of mind. At Finsol, I am determined to empower families with relevant knowledge and solutions, ensuring they can embrace parenthood with confidence and tranquility."

Frequently Asked Questions

+
A medical condition or earlier decline does not automatically rule out every insurance application. Each insurer assesses its own eligibility and underwriting requirements. Outcomes can include standard terms, higher premiums, exclusions, postponement or decline. Finsol can explain the application process and insurer requirements. The insurer decides whether cover is offered and on what terms.
+
Yes. We can explain policy terminology, benefits, exclusions and other features shown in your documents. Our service is general advice only. We do not assess whether your cover is sufficient, recommend what you should hold, or advise whether you should keep, change or cancel a policy. Personal recommendations require appropriately authorised personal financial advice.
+
You don’t pay us an advice fee. If you take out a policy through Finsol, the insurer pays us a commission included in your premium. There’s no separate bill from us - similar to how many mortgage brokers are paid by the lender. We’ll explain our remuneration before you go ahead. You can also read our Financial Services Guide.
+
You can ask about the cover types, policy wording, premiums and application process. Existing policy schedules or super statements can help identify the terms you want explained. We provide general information and can explain available product features and application requirements. We do not assess your personal insurance needs or recommend a suitable policy or cover amount.
+
We provide general product information and available quotes from insurers on our authorised panel, rather than every policy in the market. We can explain features, assist with applications and provide available policy and claims support. We do not recommend which policy or cover amount is suitable for an individual. Our Financial Services Guide explains our services and remuneration.
